Hi, I’m Nikki DeMers.
I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
Every person is unique with specific genetic, ancestral and geographical needs that determine their unique nutritional demands. I love working with folks to find what can be sustainable and helping them to embrace what their bodies need and no longer allowing the scale dictate worth. Holistic healing from the inside out propels them toward confidence and building body awareness.
